All products supplied by BADA are warranted according to the specific policy of each product line.

Additionally, some products may be subject to a separate warranty policy, as determined by BADA.

Conditions for free warranty
Customers will receive free warranty if the product fully meets the following conditions:-
Still under warranty: The product is still under warranty and has a warranty stamp or warranty card from BADA. The information on the card must be clear and not erased or modified.

Technical error: Problem caused by technical error of the manufacturer or damage to internal components of the product.

Proper installation: The product is installed and used in accordance with the instructions and accompanying documents.

Warranty period: The warranty period is clearly stated on the warranty card and complies with the manufacturer's regulations.

Cases not covered by free warranty
BADA does not apply free warranty in the following cases:-
Out of warranty period: The product has exceeded the warranty period stated on the warranty stamp, warranty card or equipment handover record.

Self-repair: Customers take the product out for repair or improper storage. Or use the product not according to instructions, abuse, or clean with inappropriate tools.

Damage due to external factors: Product is damaged due to natural wear and tear, scratches, insect damage, rust, impact or other external factors.

Warranty inspection and handling regulations

BADA will inspect the product and determine whether the customer's complaint is covered by the warranty.

If the product is eligible for warranty, BADA will repair or replace the defective component/product.

In the event that an identical replacement part is not available, BADA will supply materials or components of equivalent quality and performance.
