Return policy

  1. Cases eligible for return
    Customers can request a return in the following cases:
    • Technical error or manufacturer error.

    • Damage during transportation: products are dented, scratched or damaged during transportation by BADA.

    • Wrong delivery: product does not match the model, type or quantity as ordered.

    • Missing accessories: not all components or accessories included as promised

      Note:
      Customers need to check and confirm the product status immediately upon receipt. After receipt, BADA assumes that the customer has agreed with the delivered product.

  1. Terms and conditions for return
    Returned products must meet the following conditions:
    • Technical error: determined by BADA technical staff to be a manufacturer error.

    • Original condition: product with intact packaging and box, no scratches, dents, breakage or external damage.

    • Full components: the product has full components and accessories included.

    • Documents: Customers need to provide full receipts, invoices, delivery notes, warranty cards, catalogues or related documents.

      Special Note:
      Some products may not be subject to general return conditions. Specific information on the return period and method will be consulted in detail by BADA before purchase.

  2. Refund fee
    The company bears all costs related to the return if the fault is due to the manufacturer or the shipping process.
  3. Refund form
    • Product exchange: BADA will replace with a similar new product.

    • Refund: In case the product is out of stock, BADA commits to refund 100% of the amount the customer has paid, through:

      • Cash at the company.

      • Transfer to customer's bank account.

  4. Refund period
    Processing time is 14 - 21 business days (excluding holidays).
